Altran: completes capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Altran has announced a successful capital increase, with a preferential subscription right maintained, amounting to approximately 750 million euros.


The net proceeds from this capital increase will enable Altran to repay part of the debt it incurred in its acquisition of Aricent.

At the end of the subscription period on 9 April 2018, total demand amounted to about 1,177 million euros, representing a subscription rate of about 157%.
