Air France-KLM: FCPE at less than 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis Asset Management, acting on behalf of the employee mutual fund FCPE Majoractions which it manages, has declared that on 21 December it dropped below the threshold of 5% of voting rights of Air France-KLM and that it holds, on behalf of the said fund, 2.
79% of the capital and 4.73% of the voting rights of the air carrier.

This downward crossing of the threshold ensues from a transfer of shares.
