Nokia: success of a 5G network in Indonesia

(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia and Hutchison 3 Indonesia (3ID) announce that they have completed the first end-to-end 5G live network trial in Indonesia, demonstrating the ability of the 3ID network to support the deployment of this technology in the country.


The trial, which also involved the Indonesian Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies, was conducted by the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in Surabaya, East of Java.
