Siemens Gamesa: wins series of deals in Spain

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Gamesa is continuing to win new contracts in Spain, with the renewable energy group being mandated to supply a total of 233 MW.


The company will install 70 of its wind turbines at eight wind farms being developed in the Spanish provinces of Zaragoza and Valladolid over the first half of 2019, it said.

Siemens Gamesa will also operate and maintain the new facilities.

This string of deals in Spain is very welcome, as the country is one of the company's main global production and supply hubs, with 15 factories.
