E.ON: over 4000 charging stations in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - On the presentation of the report of the national platform for electric mobility in Germany, E.
ON has unveiled its electric recharging network of over 4,000 charging points in the country. More broadly, the German Federal Association of Energy and Water Industries currently estimates the number of public charging points at 13,500 in Germany, compared to 12,500 according to preliminary estimates in December 2017. E.ON points out that over the summer months it opened its first high-speed charging station on the A3 motorway near Geiselwind, enabling the latest generation of electric cars to be charged to achieve a range of 400 kilometres within 20 minutes.
