E.ON: acquires stake in German start-up Cuculus.

ON said on Monday that it has reached an agreement to acquire a minority stake in Cuculus, a German software start-up, with which the energy company already collaborates in the development of solutions for the smart home of the future.

In a press release, E.ON says that solar systems, battery storage systems and electric vehicles and charging systems are all designed to be coordinated in order to use energy "as efficiently as possible".
