Allianz: acquires logistic assets in Scandinavia

(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz and CBRE GIP announce that they have completed the acquisition of eight logistics assets located in Sweden and Denmark, a portfolio representing a total value of over 390 million euros and a leasable area exceeding 400,000 m².


Diversified, this company has solid long-term leases, along with a real potential for value creation, said Hugues Braconnier, Head of Logistics at Allianz Real Estate, Allianz Group's real estate asset management division.

The dedicated Norwegian fund will be managed by NRP, an alternative investment fund manager based in Oslo, with a focus on logistics assets in the Scandinavian countries, with a mandate to grow the portfolio through new acquisitions.
