Wirecard: Invest Securities reiterates rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities believes that after harsh comments featuring in the FT, which fueled the suspicion, Wirecard is currently a sitting duck.


The article in Handelsblatt surfs on this wave, returning to a case of fraud in 2016 in which Wirecard is indirectly challenged, but which is finally the centre of critics, analysts underline.

In view of Wirecard's press release, it is difficult to blame it for anything - especially internal procedures. As such, it is just a problem of image, something that is not new and which is integrated into our valuation approach with a beta of 1.4x Invest Securities adds.

Invest Securities reiterates its Buy rating on the stock, along with a target price of 180 euros.
