Siemens: successfully completes sale of commercial vehicles

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens has successfully completed the sale of the Siemens Commercial Vehicles business to Meritor today, 30 November, further demonstrating how the company is focusing on portfolio optimisation.


In May 2022, Siemens announced the signing of the contract to sell the Commercial Vehicles business to Meritor for a purchase price of approximately 190 million euros (enterprise value).
