SAP: raises targets for 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - On unveiling its preliminary results for 2019, SAP says that it now aims for 2020 operating profit of 8.
9 billion to 9.3 billion euros, against a previous range of 8.8 billion to 9.1 billion euros, with revenues of 29.2 billion to 29.7 billion euros, against 28.6 billion to 29.2 billion euros forecast previously.

For the past financial year, the software publisher reported adjusted operating profit that is up 15% at 8.21 billion euros on sales that are up 12% at 27.6 billion euros (+9% excluding FX factors).

In particular, the German group notably points out that its cloud revenues rose by 40% to seven billion euros, and that its share of "more predictable" revenues has reached 67%, having improved by two percentage points.
