Daimler: partnership with German eyewear maker

(CercleFinance.com) - Daimler has announced a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and ic! Berlin, a German eyeglasses manufacturer, to launch a new 2022 eyewear collection that is "inspired by the flowing aesthetics of Mercedes vehicles".


With very light frames, the glasses are characterised by sensual lines and are Berny comfortablr to wear. The 0.6 mm thick stainless steel is "extremely robust" and offers the perfect balance between stability and flexibility, Daimler says.

The hinge system consists of interlocking elements that do not require the use of screws. Daimler says that all models are marked with a discreet Mercedes-Benz star laser-engraved on the hinge element.
