Dufry: now holds 87.1% of Autogrill's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Dufry, the Swiss transport retailer, says it now holds around 87.
13% of the share capital of the Italian Autogrill group, following its initial offer period and based on preliminary results.

It adds that 98.64% of the Autogrill shares tendered to the offer will be paid for in Dufry shares (at the rate of 0.1583 newly issued shares for each Autogrill share), and 1.36% in cash (at the rate of E6.33 for each Autogrill share).

Based on these preliminary results, the Swiss group plans to issue approximately 22.13 million new Dufry shares, with the first day of trading expected to be 25 May.
