LafargeHolcim: agreement for sale of Holcom Indonesia

(CercleFinance.com) - Lafargeholcim has announced that it has signed an agreement with Semen Indonesia to sell its entire 80.
6% stake in Holcim Indonesia, for an enterprise value of 1.75 billion dollars, on a 100% basis.

The assets to be sold to Semen Indonesia include the entirety of LafargeHolcim's operations in Indonesia, which consists of 4 cement plants, 33 ready-mix plants and 2 aggregate quarries.

Jan Jenisch, LafargeHolcim's CEO said "The proceeds from this transaction will significantly improve our debt ratios with the target of 2 times Net Debt to Recurring EBITDA to be achieved by the end of 2019."
