Bombardier: Latecoere makes indicative offer for some assets

(CercleFinance.com) - Latecoère announces that it has made a non-binding indicative offer and has entered into exclusive negotiations for the potential acquisition of certain assets and contracts in Bombardier Aviation's EWIS wiring business.


The aerospace equipment manufacturer states that the average annual revenues of the Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) wiring business has been about 60 million dollars over the past three years.

The transaction will depend on the usual due diligence tasks ahead, the negotiation of binding legal agreements and the finalisation of its funding, as well as the usual approvals. There is no certainty that it will actually be completed.
