Bekaert: stock in demand after FY results

(CercleFinance.com) - Bekaert has posted 2020 EPS of 2.
38 euros, vs. just 0.73 euro the previous year, with an underlying EBIT margin that improved by 1.6 point to 7.2% on sales that are down 10% at 3.8 billion euros.

The Board of Directors will propose to its AGM of 12 May a gross dividend payment of one euro per share, in line with its dividend policy.

For 2021, the Belgian industrial group expects sales of at least four billion euros, subject to demand and exchange rate fluctuations, and a 40-60 basis point increase in its underlying EBIT margin.
