Agfa-Gevaert: Wellington raises stake to above 3%

(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager Wellington Management has raised its stake in Belgian digital imaging group Agfa-Gevaert to 3.
01%, Agfa said on Wednesday.

The company - which makes solutions for the printing industry and the healthcare sector - did not disclose Wellington's previous stake before it crossed this 3% threshold, when a shareholding needs to be disclosed.

Wellington says that it now holds about 5.17 million Agfa-Gevaert shares.

No other details were given.
