Gimv: portfolio value up 10%

(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian investment group Gimv has said that the value of its portfolio grew by 10% over the first nine months of its financial year, reaching 1.
06 billion euros.

However, Gimv said that the weakness of stockmarkets at the end of 2018 had a negative impact on the valuation of its portfolio, with a negative impact of around 28 million euros for the third quarter to end-December.

The group said investments amounted to 181.4 million euros in the first nine months of the financial year, while divestments reached 142.1 million euros in the period.
