Crédit Agricole: takes stake in Cosmobilis

(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance announces that it is investing 100 million euros in Cosmobilis, the holding company of ByMyCAR, the first French car distributor for Europe, which is developing new forms of mobility.


This transaction, supported by IDIA Capital Investissement, allows CA Consumer Finance to become a strategic partner of Cosmobilis, whose objectives tie in with its own priorities in the mobility sector.

In parallel, the two partners are entering into exclusive negotiations to create a Pan-European joint venture for vehicle financing, the operational launch of which is expected in the first half of 2023.
